How does a cash advance work?
After you provide us basic information regarding the Estate, and your relationship to it, we immediately begin the process, which can take as little as 24 hours. We can advance you between $5,000-$100,000. When the Estate is finally settled and approved by the Court, we will be paid. If there are insufficient funds to pay us, you will not be liable. Our agreement has no additional charges other than those described clearly in our agreement with you.
